Caleo Pro — multi-tenant workforce-management SaaS for U.S. public-safety agencies

Production Delivery: Core engineer on a multi-tenant serverless SaaS (GraphQL/Apollo on AWS Lambda, MongoDB, two React + MUI frontends) serving multiple U.S. government agencies; owned features end-to-end across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure.

AWS / GovCloud: Provisioned a new AWS GovCloud environment — partition-aware Serverless config, Terraform-managed Cognito auth and a cross-partition delivery pattern (commercial CloudFront + ACM fronting GovCloud S3, since CloudFront is unavailable in GovCloud).

Email Infrastructure: Migrated transactional email from Amazon Pinpoint to SES (GovCloud has no Pinpoint) — domain identities, DKIM, custom MAIL FROM, DMARC records and SES production access — and root-caused remaining deliverability failures to the receiving mail system rather than AWS.

CI/CD & Quality: Hardened GitHub Actions pipelines across 3 apps, making TypeScript + ESLint hard gates on every PR and deploy, and maintained an 880+-test Jest suite under a per-ticket test-plan discipline.

Multi-Tenancy & RBAC: Replaced per-feature flag plumbing with a shared org-identity tenant gate (frontend + backend) and audited a half-migrated RBAC permission layer to eliminate intermittent authorization failures blocking QA.

Event-Driven Systems: Built notification scheduling on EventBridge Scheduler (retry + dead-letter queue) with MongoDB change-stream detection of shift-time changes; maintained the DocuSign e-signature overtime-slip pipeline and root-caused misrouted slips to a stale deployment and missing data backfill.
