Core engineer on a multi-tenant serverless SaaS using GraphQL/Apollo on AWS Lambda, MongoDB, and two React + MUI frontends, owning features end-to-end across backend, frontend, and cloud infrastructure.
Provisioned a new AWS GovCloud environment with partition-aware Serverless configuration, Terraform-managed Cognito authentication, and a cross-partition CloudFront + ACM delivery pattern for GovCloud S3.
Migrated transactional email from Amazon Pinpoint to SES, implementing domain identities, DKIM, custom MAIL FROM, DMARC, and production access while root-causing remaining deliverability failures.
Hardened GitHub Actions pipelines across 3 apps with TypeScript and ESLint hard gates on every PR, and grew an 880+ test Jest suite using AI-assisted test generation under per-ticket test-plan review, cutting ticket turnaround roughly 50% with no drop in defect rate.
Replaced per-feature flag plumbing with a shared org-identity tenant gate across frontend and backend and audited a half-migrated RBAC permission layer to eliminate intermittent authorization failures blocking QA.
Built notification scheduling on EventBridge Scheduler with retry and dead-letter queue support plus MongoDB change-stream detection for shift-time changes; maintained the DocuSign e-signature overtime-slip pipeline and root-caused misrouted slips to stale deployment and missing data backfill.
